The Aurora Colonial Republic is a planetary government in the Everest system. It was founded in 2217 when it was settled by the 1,500 colonists aboard the Aurora spaceship sent by Firenze Aerospace. It was one of the first independent extrasolar colonies and sparked a new wave of interstellar colonization.
