Aurora is the third planet from Everest and the most populous planet in the Lesser systems sector. It was first settled in 2217 by the 1,500 colonists aboard the Aurora spaceship sent by Firenze Aerospace. It was one of the first independent extrasolar colonies and sparked a new wave of interstellar colonization.
