Arcadia (ε Eri d, ε Eridani d) is the third planet from Epsilon Eridani. It was the second extrasolar colony to be founded after Proxima Centauri. Arcadia was colonised as part of the Reach colonial mission, first settled by the colonists aboard the Reach 1 spaceship in 2117.

Etymology

The name Arcadia comes from Ancient Greek Αρκαδία, which is a utopia in Greek mythology, named after the Greek province of the same name.
