The Democratic Republic of Skadaria (Albanian: Republika Demokratike e Shkodërisë) was a short-lived, self-declared proto-state on the planet Voivoda in the EV Lacertae system. It was founded by members of the New Jashari Army (Albanian: Ushtria e Re e Jasharit; URJ) on 12 November 2282, concurrently with an armed offensive into the state of Ušće Morače.
