The Battle of Gliese 1061 (July 12 – September 30 2294) was a major battle on the Solar sector front of the Great Orion War where the Technocratic State of Argentina unsuccessfully fought the North Atlantic Conglomerate in an attempt to defend its assets in the Gliese 1061 system. The TSA had previously set up Tercer Ojo base as a forward base of operations just outside of NAC space, hoping to use it as a launchpad for a full-scale invasion. This was however thwarted after NAC intelligence detected warp signatures going to and from the uninhabited Gliese 1061 system.

The battle was characterized by orbital confrontations at various points of the Gliese 1061 system, as well as a full planetary invasion of Gliese 1061 d. The siege of Tercer Ojo base and its surroundings lasted for two months, only falling after the outbreak of the Battle of Earth demanded support from both sides and the base became too inconvenient to support.
